Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their service at any time before selecting a staff member, with no further obligations.
- Once a staff member has been selected, clients must adhere to the replacement process outlined below.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice before candidate interviews are scheduled. However, termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
Replacement Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our placements and offer a structured replacement policy:
Work Directly with Staff Service:
- Includes a 60-day Perfect Hire Guarantee.
- If the client is dissatisfied with the selected staff member within the first 60 days, they are eligible for up to three replacements at no additional cost.
Everything Done For You Service:
- Clients may request a staff replacement at any time and for any reason, subject to Blue Fig Inc.’s approval.
- Approved replacements will be provided within seven days.
- Clients are limited to two replacements per month and 14 replacements per year.
- This service requires a minimum commitment of three months, during which cancellations are not permitted to ensure service consistency and optimal results.
